- Nicknamed Paradise City by inmates because of its contradictory meaning, the aging Isilon Bay Correctional Facility was far from what many would call paradise. With the recent rise of inmate violence, presumably caused by the ever increasing neglect of the prison guards, Isilon Bay may soon recieve a new appellation.
